As a DPP provider, you can help us spread the word of the Free Diabetes Prevention Program by referring interested individuals.
We want to make sure everyone knows it’s not too late to do something about it. By making small changes like eating healthy, being more active, and losing weight, individuals can cut their risk of diabetes in half.
The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) and the Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Program (DSMES) are now both eligible for Medicaid coverage for Illinois residents!
